Mini-Hotel “Alt Ritter” at Lunacharsky
“Alt Ritter” mini-hotel by the metro station “Grazhdansky Prospekt”, has its own entrance and an outdoor terrace. It is located at Av. Lunacharskogo 96, bldg. 2, 1st floor.
Mini-hotel at Lunacharsky has 5 rooms, all of them designed in their own inimitable style.
Each room has a modern bathroom with jacuzzi, but in different shapes and color palette.
All the rooms are equally comfortable and feature: a king size bed, plasma T, free Wi-fi, mini bar, desk, fireplace, air conditioning, jacuzzi, and a shower.
The guests will be given a warm bathrobe, slippers and a large soft towels.
The original design of our rooms will let you forget about everyday stress, and will provide an escape for urban dwellers, tired of the frantic pace of the modern city.
Room “The Castle” will immerse you in the cool atmosphere of a castle with a modern twist. The space above the double bed creates an illusion of heavenly vertical with a mirror - tinted corridor. Luxurious patent leather inlays, combination of gray and cold tones in the design will truly please lovers of peace and comfort.
Room “Brilliance” is a true diamond of the interior design. Chatoyment from red to black, geometric shapes of thedecor, cleverly intertwined with cool marble. At the heart of his concept of the ideology of minimalism that does not require additional treatment.
Room “Crystal” symbolizes fire and ice, giving the room the duality of the image, both the transparency of the crystal and the sensation of heat. The combination of modern constructivism, where the game of light changes from light-purple to white models the whole space. Unusually decorated fireplace is striking in its originality.

“Alt Ritter” mini-hotel is located in the immediate proximity to the metro stations “Ozerki” and “Prospect Prosvesheniya” at Vyborgskoye hw., 27, bldg. 3, 2nd floor.

Hotel rooms are furnished with tailor made, hand-crafted furniture . The original interior is in is complimented with all the necessary facilities that are created in different architectural styles (classical, retro). Each room has a fireplace.
All hotel guests, currently staying at “Alt Ritter” mini hotel are welcome to use our sauna made from abachi wood, which quickly heats up to the temperature of your body. Sauna features all the necessary accessories.
The perfect addition to our cozy “Alt Ritter” mini-hotel is a bar designed as a medieval castle. You can always enjoy homemade meals made exclusively for you, upon request.

“Colonial” style (XVII-XIX cc.) is extremely intriguing, it is a synthesis of cultures - of western civilization and eastern exoticism.
This room is not only comfortable and functional, but also allows you to feel the spirit of history and the aristocracy.
For guests who prefer “Colonial” style, we are offering a nice addition: the latest model of jacuzzi with a transparent side panel. A special “tropical shower” will revitalise you.
“Modernism” style (end XIX- beg.XX). The main idea of the modernity era was the idea of the creation of new aesthetics, which is so rare in the world, and its goal was to transform the lives through aesthetic means, a kind of “healing through beauty”.
“Provence” style takes you to the south of France, where light colors and harmony with nature is combined with a light furniture.
A nice addition to our “Alt Ritter” mini-hotel at Grazhdansky is a mini-bar, where you can purchace light snacks and drinks.
Policies of “Alt Ritter” mini-hotels
We do our best to make our guests feel comfortable, therefore for your own safety, please follow these rulesin our hotels. “Alt Ritter” mini-hotels are privatelly owned. Our rules can not be challenged by hotel guests. Please remember that this is necessary in order to maintain a warm and friendly atmosphere.
While in our hotel, you agree and accept our terms and conditions described below:
1. The hotel provides daily and hourly rates.
2. We work 24/7.
3. There is no check-out time (time is counted at the moment you book).
4. Bookings are made by phone, or online, and must be confirmed 1 hour before check-in.
5. Accommodation is provided in compliance ith applicable regulations for mini-hotels.
6. The hotel is designed for temporary accommodation of guests at a time agreed with the hotel. At the end of the agreed term resident must vacate the room at the request of the administration. If you wish to extend the period ofyour stay you must inform the hotel manager, no later than 2 hours before the end of the initial time of booking. Extending the length of stay in the same room is possible only when it hasn’t been booked previously by a third party.
7. Payment for accommodation and services in the hotel are carried out at market prices in accordance with the price list. Payment is made in roubles in cash.
8. Check in at the hotel is made only after the payment for the entire term of the intended stay.
9. Regardless of the type of the room, in case of late check out (depending on the original time of booking (or other specified time)) for more than 15 minutes, the payment is made for the full hour 500 rubles.
10. In the event of an early check out hotel has the right to withhold an amount equal to the cost of one night stay.
11. Change of bed linen, towels and toiletries is made once in three days. Upon request, change of linen can be made for an additional fe

14. The hotel provides additional services, according to the approved management's price list for additional services.
15. The hotel is not responsible for the operation of urban services (emergency shutdown of electricity and heat, water).
16. Administration is not responsible for the loss of valuables guest rooms are in case of violation of the order of stay. In case of lost things the administration takes steps to return to their owners. If the owner is not found, the administration says the find to the police or local authority.
17. Feedback and suggestions book is located at the reception hotel and is issued at the guests’ request.
18. Resident must:
· when leaving the room to close the taps, as the windows, turn off the lights, TV
· adhere to the established policy of the hotel,
· keep the room clean and observe public order in the room and hotel
· strictly comply with fire safety
· repair the damage in the event of loss, damage of propert. Assessment of the damage is done based on the price list for damage to hotel property.
· be responsible for the actions of guests to their room visitors (who may stay free in the room no more than 15 minutes)
· timely and fully pay for additional services provided by the hotel
· pay third and fourth guest staying in a double room
· pay the fine of 500 rubles for the violation of no smoking policy
· clean up personal hygene items from the living area in the room
· use jacuzzi, after having received detailed instructions from the manager
19. It is prohibited to:
· keep unauthorized persons in the room, and give them the room key
· store bulky items, flammable materials, weapons, chemical and radioactive substances, mercury
· keep pets in the room (cats, dogs, birds, reptiles, etc.)
· smoke in rooms (smoking is allowed only in designated areas)
· stay under the influence of alcohol or drugs
· use the heater if it is not provided in the room
· disturb guests staying in nearby rooms
· bring into the room one’s own drinks, food, extra decorations for the interior rooms (candles, rose petals, etc.), mini hotel have everything you need in stock
· bring dishes from the bar without the purchase at the bar
· drink or eat food in a bar, unless bought at the bar
20. The hotel reserves the right to enter rooms without agreement with the guest in case of smoke, fire, flooding, and in the case of violation of the order, public order, the order of use of household appliances.
21. The hotel has the right to refuse to extend the period of residence incase of violation of the order of visitor accommodation, delayed payment of hotel services, damage to the hotel.
22. In the absence of a guest at the residence for longer than a day (or within 6 hours after the checkout time), the hotel has the right to create the commission and to make an inventory of the property being in the room. Tangible assets in the form of cash, precious metals, documents, is kept under the responsibility of the hotel. Other property is placed to the Service Department.
23. In the event of complaints from the guest, the hotel will do its best to resolve the conflict.
24. In cases not covered by these rules, the administration and the guest is guided by the laws of the Russian Federation.
Accomodation rules are based on the Federal Law “On Protection of Consumer Rights” and “Rules of hotel services in the Russian Federation”, approved by the RF Government Decree number 490 of 25 April 1997 (as amended on 02.10.1999, the, 15.09.2000).
“Alt Ritter” strongly recommends to follow the abovementioned rules, the purpose of which is not to limit your rights, but to achieve maximum comfort and convenience for our guests.
